SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead nationwide labor compliance across federal, state, and local requirements on complex, regulated projects.

The role operates with high autonomy, overseeing classifications, wage determinations, apprenticeship standards, and PLAs across multiple projects. The position requires strong leadership, audit readiness, and deep knowledge of labor laws, with collaboration across clients, contractors, unions, and government

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in labor compliance.
• Minimum 5+ years in compliance on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Experience leading compliance teams with responsibility for guidance and oversight.
• Advanced knowledge of federal/state labor laws including DBRA, DOL, and public works.
• Proven expertise in prevailing wage enforcement and certified payroll auditing.

• Provide nationwide labor compliance leadership across regions and projects.
• Independently manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform work and subcontractors.
• Audit DOL classifications and supporting documents for compliance with labor laws.
• Interpret wage determinations, apprenticeship standards, PLA/Two-Trade agreements, and related requirements.
• Audit readiness, respond to findings, and coordinate with clients and government agencies.
