SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead national labor compliance across regulated, utility-scale construction projects.

The role oversees complex wage determinations, apprenticeship utilization, and PLA-related requirements with a high degree of autonomy. Based remotely with potential travel to SOLV offices or jobsites, this position requires expert guidance on evolving labor laws and audit readiness across multiple projects and geographies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with labor compliance expertise.
• 5+ years of compliance experience on federally/state funded construction projects.
• Experience leading and mentoring other compliance professionals.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state labor laws including DBRA and DOL.
• Expertise in prevailing wage enforcement and certified payroll auditing.
• Experience across multiple projects and geographic regions.
• Judgment, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive matters.
• Proficiency with LCPTracker and MS Office tools.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for audits and reporting.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall labor compliance leadership for national regions across active projects and contractors.
• Independently manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform work and subcontractors.
• Review, analyze, and audit DOL classification requests to ensure compliance.
• Interpret and apply wage determinations, fringe benefits, apprenticeships, and PLA/Two-Trade rules.
• Conduct proactive audits and risk assessments to identify underpayments and deficiencies.
• Serve as point of contact for client, third-party, and government audits with senior leadership coordination.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on evolving labor compliance laws and enforcement trends.
