Remote role with occasional travel to SOLV Energy offices or jobsites; includes collaboration with federal/state agencies, clients, and contractors to maintain compliant payroll and workforce standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance leadership for national regions across multiple projects.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for internal and subcontractors.
• Audit DOL classification requests for compliance with labor laws.
• Interpret wage determinations, apprenticeship standards, and PLA/Two-Trade requirements.
• Lead proactive audits and respond to findings with leadership.
• Coordinate with audits and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on compliance strategies.
