Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead labor compliance for nationwide, multi-project solar and storage deployments.

You will oversee classifications, wage determinations, apprenticeship utilization, and public works compliance, coordinating with clients and regulators. The role offers fully remote work with occasional travel to SOLV offices or sites, requires 5+ years in compliance on federal/state funded construction, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive compliance experience on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Demonstrated lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide national labor compliance leadership for multiple active projects and contractors.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for internal work and subcontractors.
• Review DOL classifications and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Interpret wage determinations, apprenticeship standards, and PLA requirements.
• Conduct audits to identify findings and ensure corrective actions.
• Coordinate audits and respond to client, government inquiries with senior leadership.
