Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Principal Presales Systems Engineer to lead pre-sales engagements and translate complex customer needs into differentiated network and security architectures. This role is remote-friendly and requires deep Juniper networking expertise.

You will collaborate with sales, partners, and product teams to design scalable campus and WAN solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and help close strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role (Sales Engineer / Systems Engineer).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Juniper & Networking Expertise; strong hands-on with Juniper/Arhba networking solutions across routing, switching, and/or security domains.
• Experience with enterprise networking including Wireless and Campus Switching SD-WAN technologies, EVPN/VXLAN, fabric architectures, and security principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical engagements including solution design, architecture, and positioning of networking and security solutions.
• Partner with sales teams, customers, and ecosystem partners to align technical strategies with business outcomes.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements to validate solutions.
