Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced pre-sales and solutions-architecture professional for a remote role. You will partner with sales to understand customer requirements, design data center, WAN, cloud and AI infrastructure solutions, and lead PoC engagements across enterprise and service provider environments.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in technical roles, strong networking expertise, and experience with SONiC/open networking.

Qualifications

10+ years in technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or network-focused roles.
Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, CS, IT, or equivalent experience.
Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale data center, WAN, cloud, AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and account teams throughout the sales lifecycle.
Partner with sales to understand customer requirements and drive business outcomes.
Design and position data center, WAN, cloud, AI infrastructure and open networking solutions.
Lead technical discovery, architecture workshops, and PoC engagements.
Develop solution architectures and BOMs for various environments.
Own and deliver technical responses for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with compelling proposals.
Build relationships with stakeholders including engineers, architects, and executives.
Advise on data center modernization, AI networking architectures, and cloud connectivity.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and partners to advocate for customers' needs.
