You’ll shape architectures and communicate workflows while elevating the solutions engineering practice. The role emphasizes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and delivering compelling product demos.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a solutions engineering (presales) role with complex technical products.
• Excellent communicator and presenter with confidence in front of audiences.
• Skilled storyteller able to explain complex topics effectively.
• Deep understanding of customer communication needs and technical solutions.
• Problem solver focused on customer interests with innovative solutions.
• Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in software development, including Java, Python, Node.js, or frontend frameworks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Lead customer technical discovery sessions to identify needs and challenges.
• Create impactful presentations and product demos showcasing the company's capabilities.
• Establish trust with customers by introducing innovative solutions and architectures.
• Share knowledge within the Solutions Engineering community through materials and presentations.
