Ladders is seeking a Manager - Presales Engineering to lead a remote presales team supporting data center, cloud, collaboration, and security solutions. You will partner with sales and clients to shape technical strategy and advance opportunities through consultative engagement.

You will coach the team, reinforce performance expectations, and help build a high-performing presales organization, while engaging with the local technology community and driving strategy across complex sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a pre-sales technical role.
• 3+ years managing complex data center, cloud, collaboration, and security sales.
• 2+ years of experience in coaching and employee development.
• Deep understanding of the enterprise technology landscape, including major vendors like Dell, Cisco, and AWS.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients at all levels to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to close deals by addressing technical aspects.
• Build market credibility by engaging with the local technology community.
• Train the sales team on effective positioning of the company's solutions.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
