Twilio is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer, South EMEA, in a remote-first role to enable customers to build the future of communications. You will lead technical discovery, architect solutions, demonstrate the product, and guide customers to the best-fit architecture.

You will also mentor junior Presales Engineers and collaborate with account teams. This international remote position requires strong communication, deep technical knowledge, and experience with REST APIs.

Competenze

• 8+ years pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products or 10+ years of professional experience supporting technical products with customer facing experience.
• Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain audience confidence.
• Engaging storyteller who can communicate complex topics to multiple levels of audience.
• Ability to build a deep understanding of a customer’s needs and guide them to a technical solution.
• Experience with backend technologies and web development concepts.
• Experience building with REST APIs and familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.

Mansioni

• Lead pre-sales activities with Account Executives including demos, PoCs, RFPs, design docs and enablement sessions.
• Help customers succeed by guiding technical and product sales and prescribing best-practice solutions.
• Establish trusted advisor status by discovering customer pains and designing innovative solutions.
• Deliver interactive, complex product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced Presales Engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
