Qualifications

• 5+ years pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products or 6+ years in delivery/consulting with customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain audience confidence.
• Engaging storyteller who communicates complex topics to multiple levels of audience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to execute pre-sales activities including opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept, RFP, design documentation, technical presentations and enablement sessions.
• Lead the technical and product sale, recommend best-practice solutions, and guide customers on how to use Twilio APIs.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding customer pains through discovery to design and present innovative solutions.
• Build and present interactive, complex product demos to showcase Twilio's Communications Products and form strong customer relationships.
• Be hands-on, high-energy, and a creative problem solver, able to lead others to success.
• Identify and solve problems for customers and the organization as we grow.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and create reusable demonstrations and materials.
