Responsibilities:

• Partner with enterprise sales executives to lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into Twilio solutions.
• Design and architect scalable, secure, and resilient communication workflows using Twilio's APIs.
• Develop and deliver technical demonstrations, custom prototypes, and proofs-of-concept that clearly articulate the business value of the Twilio platform.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture, preferably within the CCaaS, CPaaS, or enterprise SaaS industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least one programming language and hands-on experience with RESTful APIs.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for both technical and C-level non-technical stakeholders.
