Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language and hands-on RESTful API integration.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills tailored for technical and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise sales to lead technical discovery sessions and translate requirements into Twilio solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient communications workflows using Twilio APIs.
• Develop and deliver Proofs-of-Concept and live demonstrations showing business value of the Twilio platform.
• Mitigate technical risks and guide customers on security, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to relay market feedback and influence the product roadmap.
