Zusammenfassung

Twilio Inc. is seeking a skilled pre-sales engineer to lead technical and product sales, assess customer needs, demonstrate Twilio APIs, and guide customers through PoC, RFPs, and technical presentations.

You will build complex product demos and present them to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders, collaborating with Account Executives and supporting customers across the US.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience or 6+ years supporting technical products with customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Working knowledge of software development and cloud platforms; telecom, SIP, or security is a plus.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience selling complex technical products, or 6+ years supporting technical products with customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell engaging stories and convey complex topics to multiple audiences.
• Working knowledge of software development, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and experience with telecom, SIP, contact center, or security is a plus.
