Job summary

Serenity is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location — the team, the floor, the numbers, the sales pipeline, and the member experience. This is a role for someone who has already proven they can drive revenue while running a tight operation and is ready to do both at a higher level.

You'll be expected to lead visibly, hold your team accountable to performance targets, and keep the standard high even when things get complicated.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership combining operations management and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience driving revenue in high-volume service settings.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location — staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality
• Drive sales performance across the location, holding yourself and your team accountable to clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs
• Set the performance standard for your team and hold it consistently through coaching, feedback, and structured accountability
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and reflects Serenity's level of service — while identifying and converting sales opportunities
• Track location KPIs — sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores — and use that data to make real operational and commercial decisions
• Identify underperformance early and address it directly, with clarity and follow-through
