Serenity is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location. You will lead staff, manage workflow, drive revenue, and ensure top-tier member experience while meeting targets.

The role requires proven leadership in operations with a track record of hitting sales goals and strong accountability for KPIs. No industry-specific experience required; the focus is on delivering results and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience blending operations and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing KPIs and using data to drive decisions.
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is advantageous.
• Direct performance conversations with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location — staffing, workflow, floor presence, output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location with defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set performance standards and coach the team to maintain accountability.
• Ensure professional member interactions and identify sales opportunities.
• Track KPIs such as sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores.
• Identify underperformance early and address it with clear follow-through.
