Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to own a high-volume service location. You’ll lead the team, manage the floor, drive revenue, and maintain exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience blending operations management with sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience running a high-volume service location with accountability for revenue and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location, including staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location, with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set and uphold performance standards through coaching, feedback, and structured accountability.
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and reflects Serenity's service standard while identifying and converting sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs—sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores—to inform operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it directly with clarity and follow-through.
