Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location. You will lead the team, manage floor operations, drive revenue, and maintain exceptional member experiences while meeting defined targets.

Ideal candidates have a proven sales track record and operations background, with strong accountability to KPIs and the ability to turn insights into action in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership blending operations management and sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location — staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality.
• Drive sales performance across the location, holding yourself and your team to revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set the performance standard for your team and coach through feedback and accountability.
• Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and reflects Serenity's service level — while identifying and converting sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs — sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores — and use that data to drive decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it directly, with clarity and follow-through.
