Serenity is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location — the team, the floor, the numbers, the sales pipeline, and the member experience. This is a role for someone who can drive revenue while running a tight operation and who is ready to do both at a higher level.

You'll lead visibly, hold your team accountable to performance targets, and maintain high standards even when challenges arise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume service environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs with data-driven decision making.
• Hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations background is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location.
• Drive sales performance across the location with clear revenue targets and KPIs.
• Set performance standards and coach the team toward accountability.
• Ensure high-quality member experiences and convert sales opportunities.
• Track location KPIs and use data to inform operational and commercial decisions.
• Identify underperformance early and address it with clear follow-through.
