Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location—the team, the floor, the numbers, the sales pipeline, and the member experience.

This role emphasizes driving revenue while running a tight operation, with visible leadership, accountability to targets, and high service standards. No industry-specific experience is required, and compensation includes bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience with operations and sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Accountability to KPIs and data-driven decisions
• Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location (staffing, workflow, floor presence)
• Drive sales performance with clearly defined revenue targets and KPIs
• Set and coach to high performance standards with accountability
• Ensure professional member interactions and identify sales opportunities
• Track location KPIs (sales, conversion, efficiency, quality) and act on data
• Address underperformance directly with clarity and follow-through
