Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Power Delivery - Project Manager to lead high voltage and EHV substation and transmission line projects, delivering scope, schedules, quality, and financial performance.

Based in Houston, Austin, or Fort Worth with remote flexibility, you will manage multi-disciplinary teams, develop client relationships, and market WSP's Power Delivery services across the South and Southwest region with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or related Power & Energy field.
• 12+ years in a Power Delivery/Utility project management role.
• 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams for HV/EHV projects.
• Experience with contract, risk, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for high voltage/EHV substation and transmission line projects, including budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs.
• Develop strategies to engage stakeholders and report progress to clients.
• Lead pursuit activities, contract reviews and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Participate in contract negotiations and client presentations as needed.
• Ensure QA/QC plans and project documentation are maintained and updated.
