Job summary

WSP is seeking a Power Delivery - Project Manager to lead high voltage and EHV substation and transmission line projects in the South and Southwest. Based in Houston, TX, Austin, TX, or Fort Worth, TX with remote work flexibility, you will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and client relationships across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or related field in Power & Energy Market.
• 12+ years of post-education project management experience in Power Delivery/Utility.
• 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams for HV/EHV substation or transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV substation/transmission projects including design, budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and report progress to clients and management.
• Lead/participate in contract reviews, risk mitigation, and pricing discussions as needed.
• Coordinate resource planning and subcontractor management to meet project goals.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and timely project closeout with lessons learned.
