Job summary

WSP is seeking a Power Delivery - Project Manager to lead high voltage and EHV substation and/or transmission line projects. The role will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and client relations while promoting WSP’s Power Delivery services across the South and Southwest U.S.

This position allows remote work from any mutually acceptable location, with travel to client offices as needed. Based in the Power & Energy Management Team, you will drive project startup, execution, and closeout, ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in PM roles within power delivery/utility.
• 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams for HV/EHV projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV substations and transmission projects.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and report progress.
• Participate in contract reviews, risk mitigation, and pricing discussions.
• Lead or participate in client presentations and negotiations.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and cross-disciplinary coordination.
