Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Senior Transmission Line Project Manager to lead high voltage and EHV transmission projects within the Power & Energy Management Team. The role emphasizes managing technical scope, schedules, quality, and finances while growing client relationships and marketing Power Delivery services in the South and Southwest.

Based in Houston, Austin, or Fort Worth with remote work options, travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or related field within Power & Energy Market.
• 12+ years of project management experience in Power Delivery/Utility.
• 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams for high voltage/EHV projects.
• Experience with CPM schedules (Primavera P6) and EV/Cost management.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV and EHV transmission projects, overseeing design, budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, maintain relationships, report progress.
• Lead pursuit/Go/No-Go decisions, contract reviews, risk mitigation and pricing discussions.
