Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Power Delivery - Project Manager to lead high voltage and EHV substation and transmission line projects, delivering on scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with engineers and field teams, and drive project performance across the lifecycle.

Based in Houston, Austin, or Fort Worth with flexible remote work, travel to client offices as needed, and a focus on South/Southwest markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PM activities in Power Delivery/Utility projects.
• Knowledge of substation and transmission line engineering.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks across projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV and EHV substation/transmission projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and project communications.
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and QA/QC teams.
• Manage risks, changes, and contract issues.
• Mentor staff and manage project staff performance.
