Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Power Delivery Project Manager to lead the development, execution, and monitoring of power delivery projects, including transmission, distribution, and substations, across a defined region.

Based out of Texas or Louisiana with the option to work remotely within the southeast, the role requires strong leadership, scheduling, cost control, and collaboration with IOUs, IPPs, and public power clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years progressive experience in project management or senior technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of power delivery, T&D, substations.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership across large-scale power delivery projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and quality.
• Lead contracts, negotiations, and commercial reviews.
• Coordinate with IOUs, IPPs, cooperatives, and public power clients.
• Mentor junior staff and assure QA/QC compliance.
• Ensure project governance and reporting to clients and leadership.
