Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Power Delivery - Project Manager to lead HV substation and transmission line projects within the Power & Energy Management Team. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships, while marketing WSP’s Power Delivery services to existing and new clients.

Based in Houston, Austin, or Fort Worth with remote options, you will coordinate with clients and internal teams, ensure QA/QC adherence, and drive proposals, risk management, and project closeout; travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or other related field within Power & Energy Market.
• 12 years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within Power Delivery/Utility Industry.
• Minimum of 5 years applying engineering services for IOUs, IPPs, Co-Ops, Munis, Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for high voltage and EHV substation/transmission line projects, managing budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs.
• Develop strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels and report progress.
• Lead pursuit/initiation activities including Go/No-Go decisions, contract reviews, risk mitigation, and pricing reviews.
