Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to serve as the primary controls partner for the Delivery VP and the project portfolio. You will oversee cost management, forecasting, scheduling, risk and change management, and energy performance across multiple projects, ensuring credible forecasts and proactive issue resolution.

This embedded leadership role requires coordinating with project teams and functional peers, developing schedules, and driving enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Project Controls point of contact and business partner for an assigned Delivery Vice President.
• Oversee cost management, forecasting, and budgeting across the portfolio.
• Direct oversight of scheduling, change control, risk management, and energy performance.
• Provide portfolio-level visibility into budget, forecasts, and cash health for leadership.
• Lead and mentor Project Controls personnel assigned to the portfolio.
• Maintain enterprise standards and ensure timely escalation of material concerns.
