Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to act as the primary Project Controls business partner for the Delivery VP and the project portfolio. This embedded leadership role ensures enterprise standards are applied, forecasts are credible, and risks are managed across cost, schedule, and energy performance.

You will lead and mentor the Project Controls team and drive action with Delivery leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in Project Controls or related functions.
Leadership experience coordinating across multiple projects.
Strong business and commercial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
Advanced knowledge of project scheduling, risk management, and change management.
Ability to communicate complex project information clearly and drive decisions.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Project Controls activities across multiple projects and coordinate with Delivery leadership.
Budgeting, cost management, forecasting, and cash flow management across the portfolio.
Develop and maintain baseline schedules and execution plans.
Risk management, change management, and performance reporting at portfolio level.
Provide portfolio-level visibility to executives and leadership.
Lead and mentor Project Controls personnel.
Travel 20-35% as required.
