Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead portfolio-level project controls for an assigned Delivery VP and portfolio. The role focuses on cost management, forecasting, scheduling, risk management, and change management across critical projects in the energy infrastructure space.

Reporting to the Project Controls Director, you will drive enterprise standards, escalate issues, and develop project controls talent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in Project Controls, construction management, program controls, or related project delivery functions.
Strong leadership experience coordinating Project Controls across multiple projects and influencing cross-functional teams.
Advanced knowledge of project scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio-level Project Controls support for assigned Delivery VP and project portfolio.
Oversee cost management, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, and variance analysis across the portfolio.
Direct scheduling oversight, ensuring enterprise standards and credible baselines are maintained.
Provide analytics and executive reporting to leadership to surface risks and opportunities.
