Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to serve as the primary controls partner for a Delivery Vice President, overseeing cost, schedule, risk, and energy performance across the portfolio. You will ensure enterprise standards, credible forecasts, and timely support for project teams.

You will collaborate with Project Executives, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to align forecasts with business goals, manage changes, and drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Project Controls or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership coordinating across multiple projects and senior leaders.
• Strong budgeting, cost management, forecasting, and cash flow skills.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, risk management, change management, and performance reporting.
• Clear communication of complex project data and proactive decision support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Project Controls partner for Delivery VP and portfolio.
• Collaborate with executives, PMs, engineering, supply chain, finance, and controls to translate plans into cost/schedule/risk strategies.
• Support aligning resources to portfolio and embed into leadership teams.
• Lead planning, execution planning, and baseline schedules across projects.
• Escalate risks, forecast concerns, and drive corrective actions.
