Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to serve as the primary Project Controls partner for an assigned Delivery Vice President and portfolio. You will lead cost management, forecasting, scheduling, risk management, and change management across projects, ensuring enterprise standards are applied and outcomes are optimized.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, strong business acumen, and demonstrated leadership across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Project Controls, construction management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership coordinating Project Controls activities across multiple projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Clear, concise communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-level Project Controls for assigned Delivery VP and portfolio.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Direct scheduling governance, critical path reviews, and schedule integrity.
• Manage risks, changes, and energy performance considerations.
• Lead monthly project reviews and executive reporting.
• Develop and mentor Project Controls personnel within the portfolio.
