Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Project Controls or related delivery functions.
• Strong business and commercial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, risk management, change management, and performance reporting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio Project Controls across multiple projects.
• Guide cost management, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
• Oversee scheduling, critical path, and baseline plans.
• Develop and maintain risk registers and change management processes.
• Provide executive reporting and portfolio performance analytics.
• Mentor Project Controls personnel and manage resources.
