Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to serve as the primary Project Controls partner for a Delivery VP and portfolio. You will oversee cost management, forecasting, scheduling, risk, change, and energy performance across the portfolio, ensuring enterprise standards are applied and credible forecasts are delivered.

You will lead a team, partner with cross-functional leaders, and drive improvements in predictability, margins, and project outcomes while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, or a related field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Project Controls, construction management, program controls, or related project delivery functions.
• Demonstrated leadership coordinating Project Controls activities across multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-level Project Controls activities for cost, schedule, risk, and change.
• Partner with senior leaders across engineering, finance, and operations to align forecasts with budgets.
• Provide monthly project reviews and executive reporting.
• Develop baseline schedules and execution plans per enterprise standards.
• Coach and develop Project Controls personnel.
