Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to partner with Delivery leadership and manage portfolio-level cost, schedule, and risk across complex projects. The role emphasizes enterprise standards, data-driven insight, and proactive decision-making to protect margins.

You will lead scheduling, risk management, and change control while mentoring Project Controls personnel and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of project controls or related delivery experience.
• Ability to lead across multiple projects and influence senior leaders.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Project Controls partner for the Delivery VP and portfolio oversight.
• Coordinate with Project Executives, Project Managers, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Controls personnel to align cost, schedule, and risk strategies.
• Lead Phase 3 through Commercial Close activities and establish baselines, WBS, and execution plans.
• Oversee cost management, forecasts, and cash flow, validate cost-to-complete methods, and quantify risks and opportunities.
• Direct oversight of the Project Scheduler and ensure schedule integrity across the portfolio.
• Maintain risk registers, monitor change events, and push for timely corrective actions to protect value.
