Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to partner with the Delivery VP and oversee cost, scheduling, risk, and forecasting across a multi-project portfolio in the Charlotte region.

You will ensure enterprise standards are applied, coordinate cross-functional project teams, and drive early risk identification and corrective actions to protect margins and delivery outcomes. Travel 20–35% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience in project controls
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project controls or related fields
• Demonstrated leadership coordinating controls activities across multiple projects
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow experience
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, risk management, and change management

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Controls for the portfolio under the Delivery VP and provide data-driven insights
• Oversee cost management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for the portfolio
• Direct oversight of the scheduler and ensure schedule integrity and critical path management
• Identify risks, manage changes, and maintain the change register with proactive actions
• Mentor and develop Project Controls personnel and coordinate across functional teams
