Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to serve as the primary controls partner for a Delivery VP and the associated project portfolio. You will oversee cost management, forecasting, scheduling, risk, and change management across multiple projects, driving improvements in predictability and value.

You will lead enterprise standards, coordinate with project teams and executives, and mentor controls personnel to deliver accurate, actionable portfolio reporting and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, or related field—or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Project Controls, construction management, program controls, or related project delivery functions.
• Demonstrated leadership coordinating Project Controls across multiple projects and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong business and commercial acumen including budgeting, cost management, forecasting, and cash flow alignment with finance.
• Advanced knowledge of project scheduling, risk management, change management, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Project Controls partner for an assigned Delivery VP and portfolio; drive reviews and forecast reliability.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Controls personnel to translate plans into cost, schedule, risk, and resource strategies.
• Lead activity from Phase 3 through Commercial Close of project setup and execution planning; ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Oversee cost management, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across the portfolio; validate methods and performance drivers.
• Direct scheduling oversight; ensure schedules align with standards and protect delivery commitments.
• Maintain portfolio risks and opportunities; support risk methods and change management; escalate material exposures as needed.
• Coordinate with energy management teams to integrate performance and economics into planning.
