ENFRA Solutions seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to act as the primary Project Controls partner for the Delivery VP's portfolio, reporting to the Project Controls Director. This embedded leadership role ensures cost control, forecasting accuracy, scheduling integrity, risk management, and change control across projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years experience in lieu of degree.
10+ years in Project Controls or related delivery functions.
Experience coordinating across multiple projects and senior leaders.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to balance portfolio oversight with lead project responsibility.

Responsibilities

Partner with Delivery leadership to oversee cost, schedule, risk, and energy performance.
Lead portfolio reviews and project controls metrics.
Mentor Project Controls personnel and allocate resources.
Ensure enterprise standards and reporting cadences.
Drive actions to improve project outcomes.
