Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Strategic Portfolio Operations, Senior Analyst to join the Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) Strategic Portfolio Management team. The role focuses on tooling enablement and portfolio planning, providing frontline support, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination with pillar managers and stakeholders.

You will manage tooling backlogs, help plan initiatives, and document procedures while collaborating across DET pillars.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, business operations, customer/tooling support, program management, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to build project plans, manage intake, track work through to completion, coordinate across stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with work management or portfolio tools such as Airtable, Linear, Jira, or similar.
• Working knowledge of PDLC/SDLC practices and how work flows from intake through planning, delivery, and review.
• A service-oriented mindset with excellent responsiveness and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer support for the SPM tooling stack (Airtable, Time tracking, Google App Script) and route complex issues to system owners.
• Apply project/program management discipline to tooling initiatives - scoping requests, sequencing rollout plans, and tracking projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Manage and prioritize the SPM tooling support backlog and keep stakeholders informed.
• Support maintenance of user documentation, FAQs, training materials, and process guides.
• Identify recurring issues and surface opportunities to streamline workflows and improve tooling experience.
