Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Strategic Portfolio Operations, Senior Analyst to join the Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) team. This role sits at the intersection of tooling enablement and portfolio planning, providing frontline support for the SPM tool stack and helping drive data-driven planning across DET pillars.

You will partner with Pillar Portfolio Managers, senior analysts, tooling owners, and stakeholders to ensure timely planning, accurate data, and effective governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, customer/tooling support, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to build project plans, manage intake, and coordinate across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with work management or portfolio tools such as Airtable, Linear, Jira, or similar.
• Knowledge of PDLC/SDLC practices and how work flows from intake through planning, delivery, and review.
• A service-oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills for non-technical users.
• Comfort with data tracking, reconciliation, and routine quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline tooling support for SPM tool stack (Airtable, Time tracking, Google Apps Script) and route complex issues to owners.
• Apply project/program management discipline to tooling and process initiatives, including scoping and rollout planning.
• Manage and prioritize the SPM tooling support backlog and keep stakeholders informed.
• Assist with maintaining user documentation, FAQs, training materials, and process guides.
• Support portfolio planning activities by ensuring data completeness and timely submissions.
