Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Strategic Portfolio Operations, Senior Analyst within the DET SPM team. You’ll be a go-to resource for portfolio tooling and support and a hands-on partner to Pillar Portfolio Managers across DET pillars to enable data-driven planning.

You’ll collaborate with PPMs, tooling owners, and stakeholders in a high-visibility role with opportunities to grow into broader program management or business operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in project management, business operations, customer/tooling support, program management, or related discipline.
• Experience building project plans, managing intake, and coordinating across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on with work management or portfolio tools like Airtable, Linear, Jira.
• Strong PDLC/SDLC knowledge and ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Service mindset with strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline tooling and portfolio support for SPM tool stack (Airtable, Time tracking, Google App Script).
• Apply project/program management discipline to tooling initiatives, scope enhancements, and track rollout plans.
