Salesforce seeks a Strategic Portfolio Operations, Senior Analyst to join the DET portfolio. You will be the go-to for tooling support and portfolio planning, partnering with pillar managers and analysts to drive data-backed decisions and timely delivery.

This role requires 3–5 years in project management or business operations, comfort with Airtable/Jira/Linear, and a customer-focused mindset to keep stakeholders informed and processes clear.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, customer/tooling support, program management, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to build project plans, manage intake, track work through to completion, coordinate across stakeholders, and keep multiple priorities moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands‑on experience with work management or portfolio tools such as Airtable, Linear, Jira, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for SPM tooling and manage backlog, ensuring requests are organized and tracked.
• Apply project/program management discipline to tooling initiatives, scoping enhancements and rollout plans.
• Assist with portfolio planning, ensure data completeness and timely submissions across pillars during planning cycles.
• Maintain portfolio data used for planning and reporting, and support documenting operating procedures.
