Job summary

Salesforce’s Digital Enterprise Technology team is seeking a Strategic Portfolio Operations, Senior Analyst to join the Portfolio Planning and Tooling Enablement functions. This frontline role partners with pillar managers and stakeholders to support the planning process and drive data-driven decisions across DET pillars.

You’ll oversee tooling projects, maintain data accuracy for quarterly and annual planning, and help document operating procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, customer/tooling support, program management, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to build project plans, manage intake, track work through to completion, coordinate across stakeholders, and keep multiple priorities moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with work management or portfolio tools such as Airtable, Linear, Jira, or similar.
• Working knowledge of PDLC/SDLC practices and how work flows from intake to planning, delivery, and review.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer support for the SPM tooling stack (Airtable, Time tracking, Google App Script).
• Apply project/program management discipline to SPM tooling and process initiatives — scoping enhancement requests, sequencing rollout plans, and tracking tooling projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Manage and prioritize the SPM tooling support backlog, keeping requests organized and stakeholders informed.
• Support maintenance of user documentation, FAQs, training materials, and process guides that drive adoption and consistency.
• Identify recurring issues and surface opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the day-to-day tooling experience, escalating to tooling owners as needed.
