Salesforce is seeking a Project/Portfolio Management professional to support the Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) STRATEGIC PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT (SPM) tooling and planning. You will help drive alignment, data integrity, and governance across investment pillars while maintaining user guidance and process adoption.

The role emphasizes frontline tooling support, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration with pillar stakeholders to enable effective portfolio planning and execution.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, customer/tooling support, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to build project plans, manage intake, coordinate across stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with work management or portfolio tools (Airtable, Jira, Linear) or ability to learn quickly.
• Understanding of PDLC/SDLC and how work flows from intake to planning, delivery, and review.
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, service mindset.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Mansioni

• Provide frontline support for the SPM tool stack (Airtable, Time tracking, Google Apps Script).
• Apply project/program management discipline to tooling and process initiatives, including scoping enhancements and rollout plans.
• Manage and prioritize tooling support backlog and document user guides.
• Support portfolio planning and data integrity across pillars and planning cycles.
• Assist with operational and reporting support for project/program managers and pillar stakeholders.
