Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Strategic Portfolio Operations, Senior Analyst to join the Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) team. This frontline, service-oriented role sits at the intersection of tooling enablement and portfolio planning, partnering with Pillar Portfolio Managers and stakeholders across DET.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or related field.
Proven ability to build project plans and coordinate across stakeholders.
Experience with work management tools such as Airtable or Jira.
Knowledge of PDLC/SDLC processes and data-driven planning.
Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline tooling support for the SPM stack and resolve user questions.
Plan and track tooling projects from kickoff to delivery.
Maintain backlog and document user guides and FAQs.
Partner with DET pillars to support quarterly and annual planning.
Help maintain portfolio data and assist reporting and reviews.
