Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Strategic Portfolio Operations, Senior Analyst to join the Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) team. You will support SPM tooling and portfolio planning, partnering with Pillar Portfolio Managers and stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions across DET pillars.

You will apply project management discipline, maintain tooling backlogs, and help document processes while advancing planning cycles and governance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, business operations, customer/tooling support, program management, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to build project plans, manage intake, track work to completion, and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of PDLC/SDLC practices and how work flows from intake through planning, delivery, and review.
• Service-oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication, able to explain tools to non-technical users.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline SPM tooling support for Airtable, Time tracking, Google Apps Script; address how-to questions and route complex issues to owners.
• Apply project/program management discipline to tooling and process initiatives: scope enhancements, rollout sequencing, and tracking from kickoff to delivery.
• Manage and prioritize the SPM tooling support backlog and maintain user documentation.
• Act as Portfolio Partner for assigned DET pillars; assist with intake, prioritization, and quarterly/annual planning.
• Support pillar teams with planning activities; ensure data completeness, accuracy, and timely submission; coordinate deadlines and deliverables.
• Maintain portfolio data for planning, reporting, and reviews; provide operational and reporting support to PPMs and stakeholders.
