Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Strategic Portfolio Operations, Senior Analyst to join the DET SPM team. This frontline role sits at the intersection of tooling enablement and portfolio planning, supporting the SPM tool stack and coordinating with Pillar Portfolio Managers across DET.

You will manage tooling backlogs, assist with quarterly planning, ensure data completeness, and help document operating procedures. A data-driven, service-oriented mindset will be key to success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, customer/tooling support, program management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for the SPM tool stack (Airtable, Time tracking, Google App Script) and troubleshoot issues.
• Apply project/program management discipline to SPM tooling and process initiatives, including scoping, sequencing, and tracking from kickoff to delivery.
• Manage and prioritize the SPM tooling support backlog with clear stakeholder communication.
• Maintain user documentation, FAQs, training materials, and process guides to drive adoption and consistency.
• Identify recurring issues and surface opportunities to streamline workflows and improve tooling experiences.
