Job summary

TwelveLabs, Inc. is seeking a Staff-level Platform Integrations PM to own the roadmap for co-development and integration partnerships across major clouds and data platforms. You will drive joint integrations from scoping to GA, balancing partner incentives with TwelveLabs priorities.

Work with product, engineering, and GTM teams to validate demand, manage risks, and align on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans. This role emphasizes leverage, ecosystem thinking, and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of product management experience, with meaningful work in partnerships, platform, ecosystem, or integration products.
• Experience in a customer-facing solutions architecture or forward-deployed engineering role, with depth in system architecture and/or ML.
• Strong technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, system architecture, and API design.
• Track record with major cloud or data platforms and their AI/ML services.
• Clear written communication across technical specifications, partner briefs, and roadmap documents.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for co-development, distribution, and integration partnerships across major cloud providers and data platforms.
• Partner with product and engineering counterparts at platform companies to scope, prioritize, and ship joint integrations.
• Identify risks behind each proposed integration and design tests that validate partner and customer demand before engineering.
• Translate ambiguous partner requirements into clear product specs for internal and partner engineering teams.
• Drive end-to-end integrations, including design, security/compliance review, GTM enablement, launch, and co-sell readiness.
• Align Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing on roadmap priorities, pricing, packaging, and joint GTM plans.
• Track partner-sourced pipeline, usage, and adoption as the core success metrics.
• Represent TwelveLabs in partner conversations with a clear view of priorities and constraints.
