Job summary

TwelveLabs, Inc. seeks a Staff Platform Integrations PM to own the roadmap for co-development, distribution, and integration partnerships with major clouds and data platforms.

You will partner with platform teams to shape joint integrations and drive adoption across customers and partners. This role requires 7–10 years in product management, deep technical fluency in cloud infrastructure and APIs, and experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Databricks, or Snowflake.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in product management with partnerships/platform/ integration focus.
• Customer-facing solutions architecture or forward-deployed engineering experience.
• Strong fluency in cloud infrastructure, systems architecture, and API design (GPU-heavy integrations).
• History with major cloud or data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Clear, concise written communication across technical specs and roadmaps.
• Comfort managing ambiguity and multiple partner relationships at once.
• Platform/ecosystem mindset focused on leverage and network effects.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for co-development, distribution, and integration partnerships across major cloud providers and data platforms.
• Partner with platform companies to scope, prioritize, and ship joint integrations.
• Identify risks and design tests to validate partner and customer demand before engineering.
• Translate multi-stakeholder requirements into clear product specs for internal and partner teams.
• Drive end-to-end integrations including design, security/compliance review, GTM enablement, launch, and co-sell readiness.
• Align Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing on roadmap priorities, pricing, and packaging.
• Track partner-sourced pipeline, usage, and adoption as core success metrics.
• Represent TwelveLabs in partner conversations with clear understanding of priorities and constraints.
