Job summary

Twelve Labs is seeking a Staff-level Product Manager for Platform Integrations in San Francisco. You will own the roadmap for co-development and integrations with AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and other data platforms.

You will collaborate with partner teams to scope, prioritize, and ship joint integrations, balancing partner incentives with TwelveLabs' roadmap. This role emphasizes leverage, cross-functional coordination, and high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management experience, esp. partnerships/platforms/integration products.
• Customer-facing solutions architecture or forward-deployed engineering background.
• Strong fluency in cloud infrastructure, system architecture, and API design.
• Experience with major cloud/data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Clear, concise written communication for technical specs and roadmaps.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with multiple partner relationships.
• Platform/ecosystem mindset focused on leverage and network effects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for co-development, distribution, and integration partnerships across major clouds and data platforms.
• Collaborate with platform company counterparts to scope, prioritize, and ship joint integrations.
• Identify risks and design tests to validate partner and customer demand before engineering.
• Translate ambiguous partner requirements into clear product specs for internal and partner teams.
• Drive end-to-end integrations including security, compliance, GTM enablement, and launch.
• Align Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing on roadmap priorities and joint GTM plans.
• Track partner-sourced pipeline, usage, and adoption as key success metrics.
• Represent TwelveLabs in partner-facing technical and business conversations.
