Job summary

TwelveLabs, Inc. seeks a staff-level product leader to own the ecosystem integrations roadmap with AWS, Azure, GCP, and data platforms. You will validate partner demand, scope collaborations, and drive co-development from inception to GA, working with executives to align incentives and roadmap priorities.

You will partner with platform teams, ensure technical and product alignment, and manage risk while measuring pipeline impact and adoption across customers globally.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in product management, especially in partnerships, platform, or integration products.
• Customer-facing solutions architecture or forward-deployed engineering experience with ML depth.
• Strong fluency in cloud infrastructure, system architecture, and API design.
• Experience with major cloud/data platforms and their AI/ML services.
• Clear written communication across technical specs and roadmaps.
• Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and reprioritize as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for co-development, distribution, and integration partnerships.
• Scope, prioritize, and ship joint integrations with platform companies.
• Identify risks and design tests to validate demand before engineering.
• Translate complex partner requirements into actionable product specs.
• Drive end-to-end integrations including security review, GTM enablement, and launch.
• Align Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing on priorities and go‑to‑market.
• Track partner-sourced pipeline, usage, and adoption as success metrics.
• Represent TwelveLabs in partner conversations with a clear understanding of priorities.
• Hold the roadmap accountable to business outcomes rather than throughput.
